Bodybuilding is a sport where the athlete is maximizing the strength of their muscles.
In competitive bodybuilding, bodybuilders display their physiques to a panel of judges, who assign points based on their muscles appearance.
A notable and famous bodybuilder is Arnold Schwarzenegger. Bodybuilding was incorporated into the Asian Games in 2002.

The competitors show off their bodies by performing a number of poses thus revealing their toned definition through a combination of fat loss, oils, and tanning or tanning lotions.
