Kurash
Kurash is a form of upright jacket wrestling native to Uzbekistan, practiced since ancient times.
It is played by two athletes, one wearing a green jacket and the other a blue jacket.
The objective is to try to throw one another to the ground. If thrown to the back, victory is declared. If thrown onto the side, points are awarded.
If thrown to the belly or weakly onto the side, a lower score is given. The one with the most points wins.
Kurash was incorporated into the Asian Indoor Games in 2007.

is one kind of Wrestling originates from Central Asia, particularly Uzbekistan. It dates back more than 3,500 years. In each competition, the athlete wears a green jacket and his opponent, a blue jacket. If one of the two athletes makes his opponent fall down on his back, he will not receive points. Points will count when he makes his opponent falls on either side. In case a wrestler catches the hip or the waist of the other, he will earn points, but those points will be worth less. The referee has the right to pause the competition and restart it if one of the two athletes touches his knees on the ground or falls down.
