Vientiane, Laos, July 29, 2020: The National Olympic Committee of Laos held an Olympic Day celebration at Kaysone city, Savannakhet province on Friday, July 24.
More than 1,800 people took part in a variety of activities including walking-jogging and a mini marathon of 5km and 10km for youth (girls and boys), adults and seniors in women’s and men’s categories.
There was also a tug-of-war competition, cultural shows from Oudomvilay High School, Savanh High School and Phonsavanh High School and a cycling event.
The NOC Laos partners for Olympic Day were the Lao Brewery Company Limited and Football Thai Goods Factory Limited.
