Tehran, Iran, June 19, 2020: The 63rd meeting of the Executive Board of the National Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran was held on June 16 with the presence of Dr. Seyed Reza Salehi Amiri, NOC President, and other members of the Executive Board.
Dr. Kaykavos Saeedi, NOC Secretary General, reported that the final amendments and clarifications regarding the Athletes’ Commission bylaw had been approved and would be sent to the International Olympic Committee soon.
He said: “Accordingly, a meeting will be held soon to select the chairman and vice chairman of the athletes’ commission. Subsequently, the secretary of the commission will be selected in coordination with the secretary general of the committee."
Also during the meeting some internal instructions of the committee were reviewed and approved.
