Nagoya, Japan, September 19, 2026: The President of the Olympic Council of Asia, His Excellency Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, alongside the President of the International Olympic Committee, Kirsty Coventry, visited the Main Media Centre in Port Messe Nagoya on Saturday, September 19.
After touring the International Broadcast Centre and seeing the latest high-tech production services, the two leaders stopped by to meet the nine OCA Youth Reporters at the Main Press Centre.
IOC President Kirsty Coventry greeted each reporter personally and engaged in light-hearted conversation, encouraging them to enjoy the Asian Games.
His Excellency Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani also greeted each of the young reporters, who were selected at the OCA's Asian Games for All Youth Reporter Project around the continent.
Before departing with their entourage, the two presidents presented pins carrying the Olympic symbol to the Youth Reporters and bade them farewell.
