Dhaka, Bangladesh, September 2, 2026: The Bangladesh Olympic Association, in collaboration with the Bangladesh Squash Rackets Federation, has concluded an Olympic Solidarity course for squash coaches in Dhaka.
The five-day technical course for Level 1 coaches ended on Sunday, August 30, with a closing ceremony at the Independent University Bangladesh. Abdullah Al Zahir Swapan, Executive Committee member of the Bangladesh Olympic Association, attended as chief guest.
A total of 19 coaches participated in the course, which was conducted by international squash coach Mohsin Javed from Iran.
The aim of the course was for the newly-qualified coaches to promote and develop the game from grassroots level.
All participants received a certificate from chief guest Abdullah Swapan. Also present at the closing ceremony were the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Tanim Hossain, and the chief coordinator of the course, Brigadier General (retd.) Kamrul Islam.
