Nagoya, Japan, July 30, 2026: In preparation for the 20th Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya from September 19 to October 4, the Aichi Prefectural Police General Security Training was conducted on July 29 in Miyoshi City, Aichi Prefecture.
The training included firearms safety, security measures and response drills for various incidents that may occur during the event. The exercises demonstrated the response mechanisms and the inter-agency cooperation system.
“The Aichi Prefectural Police General Security Training will continue to make steady progress in preparation for the event, closely coordinating with relevant agencies to ensure that all participants can enjoy the competition in a safe and secure environment,” Asian Games organising committee AINAGOC said.
