Nagoya, Japan, July 26, 2026: The beauty and elegance of rhythmic gymnastics are in the spotlight in the latest sports focus by the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games Organising Committee.
In a social media post, AINAGOC reports that the iconic Nagoya City General Gymnasium, formerly known as Nagoya Rainbow Hall, will host the rhythmic gymnastics competition during the September 19-October 4 Asian Games.
“Wielding apparatus in perfect harmony with the music, painting the floor with breathtaking elegance — come and cheer on the graceful and sophisticated performances where beauty and advanced technique become one,” AINAGOC says.
"Rhythmic Gymnastics features a total of two women's events — Individual All-Around and Group All-Around. Athletes handle apparatus such as ribbon, clubs, hoop and ball as if they were extensions of their own body, creating a dynamic world of exceptional artistry.

AINAGOC reports that some ticket categories have already sold out for rhythmic gymnastics, which will be held from October 1-3, but plenty of tickets are still available for the 10,000-capacity venue.
