Lausanne, Switzerland, July 22, 2026: The 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum and the Olympic Museum in Lausanne have announced the names of the two artists selected for the second edition of the Olympic Heritage/Artists-in-Residence programme.
Lucinda Dilworth will be based at the QOSM in Doha, while Isabella Hin will undertake her residency at the Olympic Museum, with studio space provided by La Becque/Artist Residency in Switzerland.
Open to artists aged 18 to 34, the three-month residency programme seeks to expand how audiences engage with the Olympic Games by bringing together the creative power of digital art and the Games’ cultural and historical legacy.
Dilworth is a Greek-British multimedia artist based in Colorado who creates large-scale paintings that she transforms through projection-mapped animation. A former competitive Alpine skier, she brings a deep understanding of movement, timing and spatial precision into her artistic practice. Years of training in speed and control continue to influence how she works with rhythm, balance and physical space.
"Dilworth's work visualises the evolution of Olympic Alpine skiing through animated lines of descent over a sculpted relief, demonstrating remarkable technological expertise and a profound connection with the subject.
“This is a work of genuine innovation, one that sets a new standard for how sport and artistic practice can meaningfully converge," said QOSM Director Abdulla Yousuf Al Mulla.
Dilworth commented: “Joining the Olympic residency programme in Doha is a meaningful opportunity to create Fall Line, a new body of work that connects my roots as a former skier with my practice as an artist.
“I’m excited to explore skiing through a creative lens, learn from the people and culture surrounding the residency, and create work in dialogue with the spirit of the Olympic Movement.”
Dilworth and Hin were selected from a record pool of 55 applicants representing five continents by an international jury composed of leading figures from the worlds of art, culture and sport
