Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, July 6, 2026: The stage is set for the Chefs de Mission Seminar for the 6th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Riyadh over the next two days.

Around 100 delegates will be taking part in the CDM Seminar at the Riyadh Hilton Hotel, gathering as much information as possible ahead of the 6thAIMAG from December 13-21.

The CDM Seminar will open on Tuesday, July 7, with a full morning of presentations from various departments of the organising committee RAIMAGOC. These include accreditation, sport entries, arrival and departure operations, the sports programme, competition venues and Athletes’ Village operations.

The afternoon will feature a venue tour – and organisers are preparing hats and umbrellas for the delegates with temperatures expected to be around 44C.

The tour will start at the Athletes’ Village and then move 20km to Boulevard City, where all 18 sports and 25 disciplines will take place in designated arenas. The fact that the 6th AIMAG will have only two main hubs – one village and one competition venue – will make it a unique multi-sport games in terms of transportation and sport logistics.

The official dinner will be held back at the Hilton Hotel on the evening of Tuesday, July 7.

The presentations from RAIMAGOC will resume on the second morning of the CDM Seminar; these will include the National Olympic Committee relations and services centre, medical services, anti-doping, ceremonies, transportation and media operations.

The 6th AIMAG will be the first muti-sport games in OCA history to be held in Saudi Arabia and will represent a step on the road to hosting the Asian Games in Riyadh in 2034.
