Hong Kong, China, June 12, 2026: The JC Project MuSE – Inter-school Obstacle Course Racing Challenge took place at Kai Tak Sports Park on Friday, June 12.
The Jockey Club Project MuSE is a school-based Music (Mu) and Sports (S) Education (E) programme for the development of underprivileged children.
The event was organised by the Sports Legacy Company Limited under the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, and initiated and funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.
This year’s event attracted over 900 students and parents from 16 primary schools. The atmosphere was vibrant as participants embraced the challenge, explored different sports, learned about Olympic values and created lasting memories together.
A lineup of star athletes attended to show their support. Including To Wing Tung and To Wing Man (beach volleyball), Lam Hin Chung (fencing), Lee Chun Ho (karate), Cheung Hoi Lam (rowing), Yiu Kam Shing (rugby), Lee Ho Ching (table tennis), Kong Lai Lee (taekwondo) and Zhang Ling (tennis).
The VIP guests were Dr. Timothy Fok, President, SF&OC; Mr. Edgar Yang, Honorary Secretary General, SF&OC; Dr. David MONG, Vice-President, SF&OC and Chairman of the Hong Kong Athletes Career & Education Department Committee; Dr. Connie Lau, Executive Manager, Charities (Culture), Hong Kong Jockey Club; Mr. Andrew Kam, Chief Executive Officer, Kai Tak Sports Park; and Mr. Tang King Shing, Director – Strategic Planning, Kai Tak Sports Park.
They presented awards to winning students in recognition of their achievements.
There was also an Asian Games cheer zone to encourage participants to show their support for athletes preparing to compete at Aichi-Nagoya 2026 from September 19 to October 4.
