Nagoya, Japan, June 3, 2026: The Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games 2026 Organising Committee celebrated World Bicycle Day on Wednesday, June 3.
World Bicycle Day was established by the United Nations General Assembly in 2018 and promotes the longevity of the humble bicycle and the positive impact it has on people’s health.
With this is mind, AINAGOC promoted the cycling events at the 20th Asian Games from September 19 to October 4 and highlighted the diversity of the programme.

Asian Games cycling competitions will be held at five venues: the Shinshiro Cycling Road Course, Obata Ryokuchi Park, Nagoya Velodrome BMX Race Course and Aichi Sky Expo in Aichi Prefecture, as well as the Izu Velodrome in Shizuoka Prefecture.
