Kuwait City, Kuwait, May 30, 2026: The President of the Asian Shooting Confederation, Salman Al Sabah, has written to the OCA President, HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, to offer condolences on the passing of Raja Randhir Singh.
“On behalf of the member federations of Asian Shooting Confederation and myself, we express our heartfelt condolences to you and all members of the Olympic Council of Asia on the passing of H.E. Raja Randhir Singh – former President of the Olympic Council of Asia and IOC member. We are truly saddened to learn about this loss.
“Late H.E. Raja Randhir Singh was not only a respected sports leader and shooting sport champion but also a dear friend to many, known for his wisdom and commitment to the values of excellence, fairness and sportsmanship. He made a great contribution to the development of the Olympic shooting sport and Olympic movement in Asia.
“He will be remembered very dearly.”
