Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, April 14, 2026: The flag presentation ceremony for the Mongolian team heading for the 6th Asian Beach Games in Sanya, China took place on Monday, April 13.
Mongolia will send 50 athletes to compete in eight sports at the ABG, which will run from April 22-30 with 14 sports, 15 disciplines and 62 events.
“Presented the Mongolian flag to our athletes and wished them success,” said the President of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee, IOC Member Battushig Batbold.
“This moment is always special. The honorable responsibility, pride, hope and expectation to bring the name of our country on the continental stage are all felt at once.
“I am sure that you will compete fairly, value unity and raise the name of Mongolia,” Battushig told the athletes.
