OCA’s TUE webinar attracts record number of participants

Kuwait City, Kuwait, April 9, 2026: A record 145 doctors and TUE administrators joined OCA's Webinar on Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUE) – the OCA’s largest turnout yet for an online webinar.

The webinar was held on Monday, April 6 and was designed for medical staff from National Olympic Committees and TUE specialists from National Anti-Doping Organisations, as well as other relevant parties such as team doctors at OCA Games.

“Held ahead of the busy 2026 Asian Games calendar, the session covered key aspects of TUE and the 2027 International Standard for Therapeutic Use Exemptions (ISTUE), ensuring our athletes receive the best medical care they deserve,” OCA said in a social media post.

“A huge thank you to our speaker, Dr. Teoh Chin Sim, and to every participant who took the time to join.”

The OCA will conduct three international multi-sport games this year: Asian Beach Games, Asian Games and Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games.
