Sanya, China, April 6, 2026: Beach Athletics will offer 10 gold medals during the 6th Asian Beach Games from April 22-30 – the most of any of the sports.
Four of them will be won on the track – men’s and women’s 60 metres individual and men’s and women’s 4x60m relay.
The other events are in the field - men’s and women’s high jump, long jump and shot put.
The action will be spread over three days, from April 24 to April 26, with four gold medals on the first and last days and two on April 25.
Beach Athletics will be held at Phoenix Island Venue (PNX).
