Colombo, Sri Lanka, March 17, 2026: The National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka will hold its Annual General Meeting and election of office bearers for the term 2025-2029 on April 25, 2026.
The decision was taken at a Special General Meeting of the Sri Lanka NOC last Saturday, March 14, at the Olympic House Headquarters in Colombo.
Nominations for the new office bearers must be submitted before the deadline on April 11, 14 days before the elections.
A three-member election committee has been appointed to oversee the poll with retired Supreme Court Judge K.T. Chithrasiri serving as the chair.
