Doha, Qatar, February 12, 2026: OCA President and Qatar Olympic Committee President H.E. Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani met with the Federation Equestre Internationale/International Equestrian Federation (FEI) President, Ingmar De Vos, during his visit to Doha.
Discussions focused on enhancing cooperation, developing equestrian sport, supporting international championships and expanding the sport’s presence across the continental and global sporting calendar.
Ingmar De Vos (Belgium) has served as FEI President since 2014 and was elected as a member of the IOC Executive Board at the 145th IOC Session in Milan, Italy on February 4. He has been an IOC Member since 2017.
