Pakistan NOC announces LA28 Olympic scholarships for eight athletes

Lahore, Pakistan, December 1, 2025: The Pakistan Olympic Association has announced financial support from Olympic Solidarity Scholarship for eight athletes preparing for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

 

The eight athletes, including Olympic gold medallist javelin ace Arshad Nadeem, will each receive US$13,500 per annum in scholarship through the IOC’s Olympic Solidarity Programme from September 2025 to August 2028.

 

The selected athletes are: 

 

Athletics: Arshad Nadeem. 

Shooting: Muhammad Farrukh Nadeem, Suliman Khan, Imam Haroon, Kishmala Talat, Ms. Rabia Kabir. 

Table Tennis: Ms. Haiqa Hassan. 

Taekwondo: Ms. Fateemaah Tuz Zahraa Khawar.

 

“These athletes continue to represent Pakistan with dedication, resilience, and excellence on their road to the LA28 Olympic Games,” the Pakistan Olympic Association posted.
