Bangkok, Thailand, October 2, 2025: The Asian Kickboxing Confederation successfully hosted an online guideline meeting last week for the preparation of the kickboxing competition at the 33rd Southeast Asian Games Thailand 2025.
Over 50 participants attended the online meeting, including representatives from the National Olympic Committees of Thailand, Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, Singapore, Lao, Malaysia and Vietnam.
The session was convened by Nasser Nassiri, President of the Asian Kickboxing Confederation (AKC), and Dr. Jeong Euncheon, Technical Director and Executive Board Member of AKC.
President Nassiri and Dr. Jeong extended their sincere thanks to all participants, especially the representatives of the NOCs participating in the SEA Games, for their active engagement and cooperation in ensuring the successful delivery of the kickboxing competition at the SEA Games.
The SEA Games will be held from December 9-20, 2025, in Bangkok, Chonburi and Songkhla.
