Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, August 26, 2025: The First Vice President of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee, Choijgavaa Naranbaatar, received distinguished guests from the Asian Cricket Council and the Mongolian Cricket Association last week.
The meeting was attended by officials of the ACC Executive Committee, Mahmud Ghaznavi, Subhan Ahmed, and Salman Nasir. The Secretary General of the Mongolian Cricket Association, Battulga Gombo was also present.
The purpose of the visit by the ACC officials was to assess the development of cricket in Mongolia.
During the visit, MNOC First Vice President Naranbaatar, said: “We are proud that the cricket association is active and working well. It is a historic event that the sport represented Mongolia for the first time in the Asian Games (Hangzhou 2022) in both the men’s and women’s competitions.”
The Mongolian Cricket Association emphasised that it would continue to work for the development of the sport in the country.
