Phnom Penh, Cambodia, July 16, 2025: The National Olympic Committee of Cambodia has congratulated cycling coach Phyuth Yoeun on gaining certification from the International Cycling Union (UCI).
Phyuth Yoeun, coach of the Cambodian Cycling Federation, has been awarded the UCI Level 3 Coaching Diploma after completing a three-week course held at the UCI World Cycling Centre in Aigle, Switzerland.
The certificate was signed by Jacques Landry, Director of the UCI World Cycling Centre.
The course was held from April 1-23, 2025 and subsidized by the UCI and NOC Cambodia.
