Beirut, Lebanon, July 12, 2025: A 13-year-old cancer fighter was among the seven winners picked in the art competition at the Asian Games for All promotional campaign in the Lebanese capital for the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games.
Perla Murr, who is bravely fighting cancer, was among the winners picked in the Lebanon leg of the campaign. The art competition was for children aged 13 and below.
Along with Perla Murr, the others who were picked are Marc Tinjoulfayan, Elissar Al Masri, Marame El Abyad, Lily Marmar, George Youkhanna Kiwarkiss and Mohamed Hussein Abou Zeenab.
The art competition was conducted by the Mediterranean Endeavours Advancing Development of Widespread Sustainability. The final drawings were selected from a large entry by the president of the body, Lena Kelekian, a Fine Arts winner at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and 2012 London Olympics.
The top exhibits from all the National Olympic Committees participating in the Art Competition of the Asian Games for All campaign of the OCA will be on display during the Aichi-Nagoya showpiece from September 19 to October 4, 2026.
The drawings will be displayed at various venues, including the Main Press Centre and OCA hotels for the Asian Games family.
