Kathmandu, Nepal, July 1, 2025: Nepal Olympic Committee conducted a three-day technical course for golf coaches (level one) for 25 participants at Gokarna Golf Course in Kathmandu.
The course was organised in collaboration with the Nepal Golf Association and the International Golf Federation and was held under the auspices of Olympic Solidarity.
The closing ceremony took place at the Royal Singi Hotel. The programme featured Australian golf development expert Nick Bielawski as lead instructor and Tarun Sardesai from India as assistant coach.
The President of Nepal NOC, Mr. Jeevan Ram Shrestha, and the President of the Nepal Golf Association, Mr. Tashi Ghale, awarded certificates to all 25 participants.
NOC President Shrestha congratulated the participants and said this course would help in the development of golf in Nepal. The course took place from June 23-25.
