Kuwait City, Kuwait, June 28, 2025: As part of OCA's endeavor to have a Clean Sports at the Asian Youth Games (AYG)and following WADA's International Standard for Education (ISE) where it states that the athletes first experience ought to be education and not doping control, the OCA Anti-Doping Commission with the support of NADOs and RADOs had translated the ADEL module for Talented Athletes going for Major Events ( TAME) in 18 different Asian languages paving the way for all AYG- bound athletes to complete the module.
The emphasis on AD Education was taken a step further with webinar presentations by Mr. Gobi Nair and Ms. Venera Abdulla (OCA Anti Doping Commission members) in English and Russian respectively and targeting NADOs/NOCs staff on the content and practical approaches to be taken in a face-to face presentation to AYG-bound athletes.
Hoping that all athletes will have a good grounding on anti-doping education leading to a 100% Clean Games.
