Sana’a, Yemen, June 23, 2025: The Yemen Olympic Committee celebrated International Olympic Day on Monday, June 23 with a series of sports activities under the slogan “Let’s Move”.
Over 500 athletes will take part in a variety of sports over a four-day period at sports centres and stadiums in the capital Sana’a and other cities, joined by Yemen Olympic Committee executives and technical staff.
The sports programme includes handball, karate, fencing, archery, gymnastics, wushu, table tennis, wrestling, pencak silat, judo, volleyball, basketball, athletics and taekwondo.
