Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, June 22, 2025: The winner of the OCA's Asian Youth Reporter Project from Mongolia will be announced after the Asian Games Fun Run for Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian is completed on Monday, June 23.
The OCA's "Asian Games for All" campaign opened on Sunday, June 22, at the Mongolian National Olympic Committee headquarters with 17 eager students aged between 16 and 18 years participating in the Asian Youth Reporter Project.
The winner of this competition will earn a berth on the OCA reporting team at the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games from September 19 to October 4.
“We had a lot of interest in this project. There was even a girl who was 13 years old who persuaded us to include her in this competition. She said, even if she doesn’t win, she wanted to savour the experience. This shows the level of commitment among our youth for the Asian Games. We are very pleased with this,” said Usukhbayar Battogtokh, Mongolia NOC Project Manager for the Asian Youth Reporter Project.
A total of 10 young reporters from across Asia will accompany the OCA media team for next year’s Asian Games.
Already two winners from Bhutan and Tajikistan have booked their tickets.
