Astana, Kazakhstan, June 10, 2025: The President of the National Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan, Gennadiy Golovkin, participated in the IOC's "Sport for a Better World" Summit in Lausanne, Switzerland.
As a member of the IOC’s Olympism365 Commission, Golovkin took part in the Summit’s sessions and discussions which brought together stakeholders from across the global sports ecosystem.

Delegates explored the power of sport to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals, with a focus on expanding access to education and healthcare, promoting equality and inclusion, and creating safer environments in sport.
Key topics included support for vulnerable groups, building resilient communities, the use of innovation and AI-driven digital solutions, and sustainable financing for sport-and-development initiatives.
