Muscat, Oman, May 8, 2025: The Oman Volleyball Association will conclude a five-day International Volleyball Federation Level 1 Coaching Course on Thursday, May 8.
The training course for volleyball coaches was held under the auspices of the Oman Olympic Committee and is part of the technical teams support programme offered by Olympic Solidarity.
A total of 40 coaches, men and women, from Oman and overseas participated in the May 4-8 coaching course which was held at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bausher.
Overseas participants came from the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Egypt, India, the Philippines, Poland and Bulgaria, reflecting the regional and global scope of the event, and underlining Oman’s status as a recognised training hub in the sports sector.
