Tashkent, Uzbekistan, March 17, 2025: The National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan participated in a mass tree planting campaign held across the country on Saturday, March 15 under the "Green Space" project.
Uzbekistan Sports Minister Adham Ikramov, NOC Secretary General Oybek Kasimov and NOC Vice President Sherzod Tashmatov were among the senior officials who planted saplings in the nationwide campaign.
The NOC’s tree planting campaign, in collaboration with the Ministry of Sports, took place in the Bostanlyk district of the capital Tashkent. Athletes and other top officials of the NOC and the Paralympic Committee also participated.
