Yokohama, Japan, February 27, 2025: The Olympic Council of Asia and Canon Inc. took part in a contract renewal ceremony in Yokohama, Japan on Thursday, February 27.
The contract was signed on behalf of Canon by Mr. Go Tokura, Executive Vice President, and by Mr. Husain Al Musallam, Director General of the OCA.
Mr. Al Musallam said: “On behalf of the Asian Olympic Movement, I express our appreciation for Canon’s support as a global brand for the Asian Games. Canon’s partnership for the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi/Nagoya marks the company’s third consecutive sponsorship after Jakarta 2018 and Hangzhou 2022.
“The Olympic Council of Asia values Canon’s exceptional partnership and services during the Asian Games, particularly their support for photographers, by always providing the latest technology. This contributes to sharing the excitement of the Asian Games with the world.
