The meeting's primary focus was discussing preparations for the 2025 Special Olympics World Winter Games, which will be held in Turin, Italy, from March 8 to 16.

The Special Olympics is a global sports movement to end discrimination against people with intellectual disabilities. The MSOC delegation will consist of nine male and 16 female athletes competing in six sports: cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, sports dancing, floor hockey, snowshoeing and snowboarding.

Mongolia NOC will provide uniforms and financial support for the Mongolian team.

During the meeting, B. Battushig emphasised Mongolia NOC’s commitment to supporting the MSOC - an organisation officially recognised by the IOC.
