Kuwait City, Kuwait, February 25, 2025: The Olympic Council of Asia has announced the hosts, dates and agenda for the Olympic Solidarity/OCA regional forums in April.
The first forum will take place in Bhutan on April 2-3 and will be for delegates from National Olympic Committees in East Asia, Southeast Asia and South Asia. Arrival will be April 1 and departure April 4.
The second forum will be held in Dushanbe, Tajikistan on April 6-7 and will be for NOCs from West Asia and Central Asia. Arrival is April 5 and departure April 8.
NOCs are entitled to register only two participants: the Chef de Mission of the 3rd Asian Youth Games in Bahrain in October 2025 and the Secretary General or staff member responsible for IOC/OCA activities.

*3rd Asian Youth Games, Bahrain, October 22-31, 2025
*6th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games (AIMAG), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 2026
NOTE: The Bhutan Olympic Committee is arranging a Royal Bhutan Airlines “Drukair” chartered flight from Bangkok to Paro on April 1 and from Paro to Bangkok on April 4. Delegates are requested to take this chartered flight from Bangkok.
