OCA to host AI and E-Sports seminar in Kuwait

Kuwait City, Kuwait, January 27, 2025: The Olympic Council of Asia is breaking new ground by organising a seminar on two growing themes in the global Olympic Movement – Artificial Intelligence and E-Sports.

 

The OCA Seminar on AI Technology and E-Sports will be held in Kuwait on February 22 and the OCA is inviting two representatives from member National Olympic Committee – one delegate in charge of IT from each NOC and one delegate from an existing E-Sports Federation recognized by the NOC.

 

In a circular to the President and Secretary General of the member NOCs, the OCA Director General, Mr. Husain Al Musallam, outlined the seminar subjects:

*The Role of Artificial Intelligence in the Development of Traditional Sports

*Integration of AI and Big Data in Athlete Training

*E-Sports and Digitization in Sports

*Development of International E-Sports Events

*Technological Innovations (VR/AR, Simulation).

 

National Olympic Committees can register their delegates via a dedicated on-line link sent to each member NOC.

 

Arrival in Kuwait will be February 21 and departure on February 23.
