Muscat, Oman, January 22, 2025: The Oman Olympic Committee reviewed the IOC Olympic Solidarity programmes for 2025-2028 during a meeting on Tuesday, January 21, at the Oman Olympic Academy headquarters.
Ali bin Salim Al Busaidi, Director of the OOC’s Olympic Solidarity Department, delivered a presentation on key updates to the Olympic Solidarity plan for the next four years.
The programmes are divided into five main categories: Olympic values, management and knowledge exchange, sports development, technical teams, and Olympic Games.
These programmes target NOCs, federations, sports committees, clubs and professionals working in sports organisations.
The meeting included an in-depth explanation of the grants and programmes within each of the five categories.
Saeed bin Juma Al-Harasi, Senior Administrator at the Olympic Solidarity Department, gave a presentation of the Olympic Solidarity platform, detailing how to submit applications.
