Astana, Kazakhstan, January 5, 2025: Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Tourism and Sport has presented the official outfit of the national team for the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin, China, from February 7-14, 2025.
The uniform design is complemented with the state symbols of Kazakhstan – the National Emblem and Flag – the emblem of the Kazakhstan National Olympic Committee, the inscription ‘QAZAQSTAN’ and the logo of the Harbin Asian Winter Games.
“The outfit was created in compliance with international standards and national requirements. The main colours – dark blue and light blue – symbolise stability, independence and the desire for new achievements. White elements underline purity and the fair play principle,” the Ministry stated.
The uniform is made of natural fabrics with high thermoregulatory properties. The outerwear is insulated with a natural down, which provides lightness and thermal insulation. High-tech fleece is used in the sports suits, which retains heat even in extreme weather conditions.
