Doha, Qatar, December 8, 2024: HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani has been re-elected President of the Qatar Olympic Committee for 2024-2028.
The announcement was made during the 38th General Assembly held at the Four Seasons Hotel Doha, chaired by Sheikh Joaan and attended by QOC Board members as well as presidents of Qatari national sports federations and associations.
In addition, HE Mohammed bin Yousef Al Mana was elected as First Vice President, HE Dr. Thani bin Abdulrahman Al Kuwari as Second Vice President and HE Jassim bin Rashid Al Buenain as QOC Secretary General.
