Vientiane, Laos, September 30, 2024: The National Olympic Committee of Laos held a seminar to strengthen the administration, management and operations of National Sports Federations.
The seminar took place on September 24 and was held in the hall of the Lao NOC HQ in Vientiane.
The President of the NOC, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phout Simmalavong, provided the opening address.
The seminar was conducted by Mr. Somphou Phongsa, Vice President of the NOC.
