Singapore, September 29, 2024: At the Singapore National Olympic Council Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 27, Mrs Jessie Phua and Mr Mark Chay were elected as Vice-Presidents of the SNOC Executive Committee.
Mrs Phua, re-elected for another four-year term, continues her dedicated service as Vice-President. Mr Chay, a former National Sport Association representative, returns to the SNOC Executive Committee in the capacity of Vice-President. They will serve from 2024-2028.
In addition, Mr Lee Wung Yew was elected to serve a one-year term as Treasurer.
The SNOC President, Ms Grace Fu, expressed gratitude to Ms Juliana Seow, who stepped down as Vice-President after her four years of service, for her contributions to the SNOC.
The AGM, held at the Raffles Town Club, was attended by 158 delegates representing 39 Ordinary members, 6 Associate members and 9 Provisional members.
The newly elected 2024-2025 SNOC Executive Committee is as follows:
