Tehran, Iran, September 5, 2024: The National Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran successfully concluded an Olympic Solidarity Sports Management Course for national sports federations last week.
A total of 36 participants from national sports federations participated in the programme held under the auspices of the IOC Olympic Solidarity scheme.
Among the topics covered in the sports management course were athletes at the heart of the Olympic Movement, Olympic Values, sustainability through sports, environment and sports, athletes and commercialisation, career transition, coaching skills, social media and communication skills, and the improvement of leadership abilities.
At the closing ceremony, all participants received a certificate signed by IOC President Thomas Bach and Iran NOC President Mahmoud Khosravi Vafa.
