Hanoi, Vietnam, August 20, 2024: The Vietnam Olympic Committee held a swimming development programme in Hanoi as part of its Olympic Day celebrations.
The programme was held from August 17-20 with the support of VOC sponsor Herbalife and provided the facilities and opportunities for people of all ages to forge friendship through swimming. This concept will also lead to a healthy lifestyle and regular physical exercise.
“During the swimming development programme, young people have the opportunity to learn about the Olympic movement in Vietnam and around the world and to take part in an Olympic Day Run,” the Vietnam Olympic Committee said.
Participants not only enjoyed the Olympic Day Run and swimming session but also learned life-saving techniques in the pool and drowning prevention. All participants will receive a certification at the end of the four-day programme.
