Dushanbe, Tajikistan, June 27, 2024: The National Olympic Committee of Tajikistan under the auspices of Olympic Solidarity has successfully concluded a training course for sports administrators.
Sports administrators in the capital Dushanbe and the districts of Sangvor and Baljuvan participated in the Olympic Solidarity training sessions aimed at improving their knowledge and skills.
More than 60 sports administrators from Dushanbe and the two districts participated in the programme where they learned about strengthening the effective management of sports organisations, development of sports, values and principles of sports, ensuring fair management of sports in society and the characteristics and achievements of the Olympic Movement.
The NOC gave each participant a sports management manual and they were advised to share the lessons learned with colleagues and students.
At the end of the training session, the NOC awarded participants with a certificate from the International Olympic Committee.
