OCA concludes 1st TV Audit Meeting for 2026 Asian Games

Nagoya, Japan, June 19, 2024: The Olympic Council of Asia concluded its 1st TV Audit Meeting for the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 on Wednesday, June 19, in Nagoya.

 

The three-day audit meeting began on Monday with an inspection visit to the Tokyo Aquatics Centre which will host the Asian Games swimming and diving competitions. 

 

This was followed on Tuesday by an audit meeting on the entire Games operations with special focus on broadcasting and media operations.

 

The 1st TV Audit Meeting ended with a wrap-up on Wednesday which recapped and summarised all important facets of operations.

 

“I would like to thank the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games Organising Committee’s different departments for attending the 1st TV Audit Meeting,” OCA TV Auditor Dan Hubp said.

 

“The preparation process for the Games has been going forward steadily, and many Games function areas have been well prepared. The OCA would like to continue working closely with AINAGOC and its Broadcasting and Media Department to present a successful Asian Games to the world,” he added.
