Doha, Qatar, June 18, 2024: The Qatar Olympic Committee signed a sporting partnership agreement with leading Japanese sportswear brand Asics to prepare an innovative range of uniforms for Qatari athletes and officials participating at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
The Sports Partnership Agreement was signed by Sheikha Asma Bint Thani Al Thani, Director of Marketing and International Cooperation Sector of the QOC, and Siji Hori, General Manager of Asics in the Middle East.
As part of the agreement, Asics will provide Team Qatar athletes and officials with apparel for use during competition as well as training sessions. The official delegation uniform will showcase the iconic maroon colours of the Qatari Flag.
This deal will begin with the Paris 2024 Olympics and extend until 2027.
