Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 16, 2024: The National Olympic Academy of the United Arab Emirates National Olympic Committee in collaboration with the Emirates Rugby Federation held a technical course for rugby coaches last week.
The six-day Road to Lift Rugby initiative included five scholarships in the fields of coaching, refereeing and medical services and was held in conjunction with Olympic Solidarity.
Mohamed bin Darwish, the Executive Director of the National Olympic Academy, honoured lecturers at the Emirates Rugby Federation.
The IOC’s Olympic Solidarity programme helps national sporting federations to launch different courses and training programmes.
