Doha, Qatar, April 28, 2024: HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, President of the Qatar Olympic Committee, participated online in the 89th meeting of the Executive Council of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) on Saturday, April 27.
The meeting, held in the Greek capital Athens, was chaired by ANOC President Robin Mitchell and was attended by members of the Executive Council.
Sheikh Joaan is the senior Vice President of ANOC.
ANOC Executive Council members were among those who attended the Olympic Flame handover ceremony on Saturday as it transitions from Greece to Paris 2024.
