Doha, Qatar, April 16, 2024: The Qatar Olympic Committee participated in the 18th edition of the SportAccord World Sports and Business Summit in Birmingham, UK, from April 7-11.
More than 1,700 global sports leaders, key decision-makers and exhibitors from 65 countries took part in the SportAccord Summit.
Speakers at the event included Olympic champions and industry figures. The main purpose of the event was to facilitate knowledge exchange, serve, promote and protect the common interests of stakeholders and to help them achieve their global goals.
Discussions and debates covered different topics, from sustainability, innovative technology and fan engagement to new event models, governance, esports and athlete wellbeing.
