Jerusalem, Palestine, April 7, 2024: The Palestine Olympic Committee’s media department reports that a delegation from the Palestinian Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness visited a number of clubs and sports centres in Bethlehem Governorate.
The visit aimed to enhance the communication between the federation and clubs and to hear suggestions and perspectives from the clubs in order to enrich the work and vision of the federation.
The federation and club representatives discussed technical regulations to make sure everyone was on the same page regarding international standards and capabilities of the clubs.
The federation delegation also discussed with the governorate clubs the plans and preparations for the Palestine Championships in September.
The federation stressed that the board of directors was continuing to build a solid foundation in order to govern the sport and take care of the clubs, an initiative which began two years ago. The federation said it was important to have qualified coaches in the clubs to help the development of the sport and to protect the athletes.
