Lahore, Pakistan, April 2, 2024: The Pakistan Olympic Association has announced that Muhammad Inam, Chair of the POA Athletes Commission, has been awarded the prestigious Olympic Scholarship by IOC Olympic Solidarity.
Inam, 34, will participate in the International Coaching Enrichment Certificate Programme (ICECP) supported by Olympic Solidarity and under the patronage of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
The ICECP programme will be held in Colorado Springs, USA from April 2024 to April 2025.
“We are thrilled to announce Mr. Muhammad Inam, Chairman POA Athletes Commission, has been awarded the Olympic Scholarship by IOC Olympic Solidarity,” the POA stated on its Facebook page last week.
Wrestler Inam, a two-time Commonwealth Games gold medallist, was elected unopposed as Chair of the POA Athletes Commission in 2022.
