Tashkent, Uzbekistan, March 31, 2024: The National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan took part in the countrywide campaign "Earth Hour" on March 25, 2024.
On the initiative of the Ministry of Ecology, Environment Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a massive campaign "Earth Hour" was held to highlight the importance of conserving natural resources.
The NOC of Uzbekistan supported this initiative and took an active part with staff and management at the headquarters of the committee in the capital Tashkent switching off all electrical appliances, including computers and mobile phones, at the appointed hour, thus contributing to the conservation of natural resources.
